Change Management in the Department of Water Affairs and Forestry

Enabled the Department of Water Affairs and Forestry, a central ministry, to transform itself from direct service delivery to become an enabler and regulator. The task was to assist the Department with a change management programme to transfer services to local governments and other public and private organisations.
